Spinning 重視您的個人資料與隱私權保護。本隱私權條款旨在說明,當您使用本網站、註冊會員、下單交易、聯繫客服、參與活動或使用其他相關服務時,本公司如何蒐集、處理、利用及保護您的個人資料。

本政策適用於本公司透過官方網站及相關線上服務所蒐集、處理及利用之個人資料;不適用於非由本公司管理或控制之第三方網站、第三方服務,或日後於實體場域另以書面文件處理之資料。

依目前營運規劃,官網之預約、預購或一般交易流程,原則上不蒐集健康資料。未來如 Spinning Cycle 課程於現場報到時另以書面同意書蒐集健康聲明、運動風險告知、緊急聯絡資訊或其他相關資料,將由該書面文件另行載明並個別處理。

Spinning values the protection of your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, processes, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the website, register as a member, place orders, contact customer service, participate in events, or otherwise use related services.

This Policy applies to personal data collected, processed, and used by the Company through its official website and related online services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services not managed or controlled by the Company, or to data that may later be handled through separate written documents in physical locations.

Under the current operating model, the website’s reservation, pre-order, and general transaction processes do not, in principle, collect health data. If Spinning Cycle later collects health declarations, exercise risk acknowledgements, emergency contact details, or other related information through written consent forms at on-site check-in, such matters will be separately described and handled in those written documents.

The Company does not currently collect medical records, medical data, health examination data, or other sensitive health information through the website.

一、利用期間

本公司將於蒐集目的存續期間、契約或會員關係存續期間、依法令規定應保存之期間內,或至您依法請求停止利用、刪除且無法定保留事由時止,處理及利用您的個人資料。

本公司原則上於中華民國境內利用您的個人資料;惟因使用金流、物流、雲端、分析、電子郵件或其他相關服務而有跨境處理之必要時,將於前述蒐集目的範圍內為之。

三、利用對象

本公司得於前述蒐集目的範圍內,將必要資料提供予下列對象:

  • 本公司及其授權處理之員工或受託人。

  • 金流服務商、物流服務商、電子發票相關平台。

四、利用方式

本公司得以自動化或非自動化方式蒐集、處理、儲存、分析、聯繫、傳送、比對、歸檔、客服處理及其他與前述蒐集目的相符之方式利用您的個人資料。

1. Period of Use

The Company will process and use your personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes of collection, during the existence of the contract or membership relationship, during any legally required retention period, or until you lawfully request cessation of use or deletion and no legal basis for retention remains.

The Company will, in principle, use your personal data within the territory of the Republic of China (Taiwan). However, where cross-border processing is necessary due to payment, logistics, cloud, analytics, email, or other related services, such use may take place within the scope of the purposes described above.

3. Recipients

Within the scope of the purposes of collection, the Company may provide necessary data to the following recipients:

  • The Company and its authorized employees or contractors.

  • Payment service providers, logistics providers, and e-invoice-related platforms.

  • Website maintenance providers, cloud service providers, and marketing analytics providers.

除法律明文規定、主管機關或司法機關合法要求、為履行契約必要,或為保護本公司及消費者合法權益所必要者外,本公司不會任意將您的個人資料出售、交換、出租或無故提供予第三人。

To complete transactions and provide services, the Company may provide necessary data to third-party service providers, such as:

  • ECPay or other payment service providers, for payment processing, refunds, and reconciliation.

  • Logistics providers, for shipment, delivery, convenience store pickup, and logistics notifications.

  • E-invoice and information system service providers, for invoice issuance, membership systems, order systems, and website operation.

  • Website analytics and advertising tool providers, such as Google Analytics, Meta, or similar tools, for analyzing website usage and optimizing marketing performance.

Except where expressly required by law, lawfully requested by competent authorities or judicial authorities, necessary to perform a contract, or necessary to protect the lawful rights and interests of the Company and consumers, the Company will not arbitrarily sell, exchange, lease, or otherwise provide your personal data to third parties without cause.

The Company will adopt appropriate technical and managerial security measures within a reasonable scope to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

如您提供之資料不正確或不完整,亦可能影響本公司對您之服務品質與權益處理。

 If you refuse to provide the personal data necessary for ordering, delivery, payment, invoice issuance, membership management, or customer service processing, you may be unable to complete member registration, place an order, receive products, obtain notifications, receive e-invoices, request returns or exchanges, participate in certain activities, or use all or part of the services provided by the Company.

If the data you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, it may also affect the quality of services provided to you and the handling of your rights.
