第一部分:前言與適用範圍

Part I: Introduction and Scope

本規範適用於消費者透過 Spinning 官方網站、官方活動頁面或本公司認可之線上方式所進行之商品購買、課程預約、課程預購、活動報名及其他相關交易。
本規範與本公司之服務條款、隱私權條款,共同構成您與本公司間之交易規範。若個別商品頁、課程頁、活動頁、訂單頁面或專案方案另有明確記載者,應以該等個別揭示內容優先適用,但不得牴觸中華民國強制或禁止規定。
本公司將依中華民國消費者保護相關法令,提供消費者必要且清楚之交易資訊,並於合理範圍內處理訂單、退款、課程預約及消費爭議。

This Policy applies to product purchases, class reservations, class pre-orders, event registrations, and other related transactions made by consumers through the official Spinning website, official campaign pages, or other online channels recognized by the Company.
This Policy, together with the Company’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, forms the contractual framework governing your transactions with the Company. If any product page, class page, campaign page, order page, or specific project plan contains clearly stated additional terms, those specific disclosures shall prevail, provided they do not conflict with mandatory or prohibitory legal provisions of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
The Company will provide consumers with necessary and clear transaction information in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws of Taiwan, and will handle orders, refunds, class reservations, and consumer disputes within a reasonable scope.

第三部分:訂單送出、契約成立與交易異常處理

Part III: Order Submission, Contract Formation, and Handling of Transaction Irregularities

消費者完成網站下單流程後,系統所發出之訂單通知、付款成功通知、訂單編號或類似訊息,僅表示本公司已收到您的訂單資訊或付款資訊,並不當然表示該交易契約已成立。

各類訂單之契約成立時點如下:

  • 商品訂單:以本公司完成出貨程序時成立。

  • 課程訂單:以本公司完成預約確認、訂位確認或寄發課程確認通知時成立。

如有下列情形之一,本公司得於契約成立前拒絕接單、修正內容或取消訂單,並於必要時退還已收款項:

  • 商品缺貨、停售、供應異常或庫存不足。

  • 價格、促銷、規格、組合、活動內容或系統顯示發生明顯錯誤。

  • 訂單資料不完整、不正確、付款異常、交易風險過高,或有合理懷疑屬異常交易。

  • 因法令、主管機關要求、不可抗力或其他非可歸責於本公司之事由,致交易無法履行。

本公司將於合理範圍內協助消費者確認交易狀態,並就實際狀況提供後續處理方式。

After a consumer completes the online ordering process, any order acknowledgement, payment confirmation, order number, or similar system message only indicates that the Company has received the order or payment information. It does not automatically mean that a binding contract has been formed.

The contract is formed as follows:

  • Product Orders: when the Company completes the shipment process.

  • Class Orders: when the Company confirms the reservation, confirms the booking, or sends a class confirmation notice.

If any of the following circumstances occurs, the Company may refuse the order, correct the relevant content, or cancel the order before contract formation, and refund any payment received where necessary:

  • The product is out of stock, discontinued, in abnormal supply condition, or insufficient in inventory.

  • There is an obvious error in price, promotion, specification, bundle, campaign content, or system display.

  • The order data is incomplete or inaccurate, payment is abnormal, transaction risk is unusually high, or there is reasonable suspicion of an irregular transaction.

  • Performance of the transaction becomes impossible due to legal requirements, requests from competent authorities, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to the Company.

The Company will, within a reasonable scope, assist consumers in confirming transaction status and provide appropriate follow-up handling based on the actual circumstances.

第四部分:商品與課程資訊

Part IV: Product and Class Information

本公司將依實際販售內容提供商品或課程之名稱、內容、規格、成分、容量、價格、適用對象、活動資訊、使用方式及注意事項等資訊,並盡力維持其真實、明確與即時更新。

商品圖片、色澤、外包裝、標示、組合內容、贈品、版型或課程表內容,可能因拍攝光線、螢幕顯示、供應批次、包裝調整、活動安排或其他合理原因而有差異;如不影響商品或課程之主要性質、品質、安全性或消費者之核心權益,原則上不視為瑕疵。

Spinning Glow 所販售之清潔、保養、護理及未來可能推出之食品或保健相關商品,除依法取得特定許可或另有明確標示外,均非醫療產品,不具診斷、治療、改善或預防疾病之醫療效能。
使用清潔或保養產品前,建議先進行局部測試;如使用後有不適、刺激、泛紅、敏感或其他異常反應,應立即停止使用,並視需要尋求專業意見。

Spinning Cycle 課程屬運動或體能相關服務,實際內容、強度、師資、設備、活動形式及時間安排,應以當次課程頁面、活動頁面或現場公告為準。

The Company will provide product or class information based on actual sale items, including name, content, specifications, ingredients, volume, price, intended users, campaign information, directions for use, and precautions, and will use reasonable efforts to keep such information truthful, clear, and updated.

Product images, colors, packaging, labels, bundle contents, gifts, formats, or class schedule details may differ due to lighting, screen display, supply batches, packaging adjustments, campaign arrangements, or other reasonable causes. So long as such differences do not affect the essential nature, quality, safety, or core consumer rights relating to the product or service, they will generally not be regarded as defects.

Unless otherwise lawfully approved or expressly labeled, the cleansing, skincare, care, and any future food or wellness-related products sold under Spinning Glow are not medical products and do not possess medical effects for diagnosis, treatment, cure, improvement, or prevention of disease.
A patch test is recommended before using cleansing or skincare products. If discomfort, irritation, redness, sensitivity, or any abnormal reaction occurs, use should be discontinued immediately and professional advice should be sought where necessary.

Spinning Cycle classes are exercise and fitness-related services. The actual content, intensity, instructors, equipment, class format, and schedule shall be subject to the relevant class page, campaign page, or on-site announcements for that session.

第五部分:價格、付款方式與電子發票

Part V: Pricing, Payment Methods, and Electronic Invoices

本網站商品與課程價格均以新台幣(TWD)計價,並以結帳頁面所載之最終應付金額為準。
本公司目前採用第三方金流服務處理付款,支援之付款方式可能包括信用卡、Apple Pay、網路 ATM 或其他結帳頁面所顯示之方式;實際可使用之付款方式,以當次結帳頁面顯示者為準。

付款頁面之資料傳輸與付款處理,依第三方金流服務商之技術與作業機制辦理。本公司不自行留存完整信用卡敏感資料,但仍會於合理範圍內採取必要安全措施,維護交易安全。

本公司採電子發票制度。發票將依消費者於下單流程所提供或確認之發票資訊開立;如您選擇以電子郵件接收發票資訊,本公司將於交易完成後依系統流程寄送至您留存之電子信箱。
如因您填寫之電子郵件、統一編號、抬頭或其他發票資料錯誤,導致發票開立錯誤、無法補寄或無法更正者,相關影響應由您自行承擔。
如需補寄發票資訊或查詢發票開立狀態,得來信客服信箱申請協助。

All products and classes on the website are priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD), and the final amount displayed at checkout shall prevail.
The Company currently uses third-party payment service providers. Available payment methods may include credit card, Apple Pay, online ATM, or other methods shown at checkout; the actual available options shall be those displayed on the relevant checkout page.

The transmission of payment information and payment processing are handled in accordance with the technical systems and operational procedures of the third-party payment provider. The Company does not itself retain complete sensitive credit card information, but will nevertheless take reasonable measures to maintain transaction security.

The Company uses an electronic invoice system. Invoices will be issued based on the invoice information provided or confirmed by the consumer during checkout. If you choose to receive invoice information by email, the Company will send such information to the email address you have provided after the transaction is completed, subject to system processing.
If the email address, tax ID number, company name, or other invoice information provided by you is incorrect, and such error causes the invoice to be issued incorrectly, not re-deliverable, or not amendable, the resulting consequences shall be borne by you.
If you need invoice information re-sent or wish to check invoice issuance status, you may contact customer service by email for assistance.

第六部分:出貨、配送、超商取貨與逾期未取

Part VI: Shipment, Delivery, Convenience Store Pickup, and Uncollected Orders

一般商品於付款完成且商品訂單成立後,原則上將於三至五個工作天內安排出貨;惟實際出貨時間仍可能因訂單量、活動期間、供應狀況、例假日、物流作業、天候或其他合理事由而調整。

本公司目前提供超商取貨及其他配送方式;實際可選擇之配送方式,以結帳頁面顯示為準。
超商取貨服務目前依 7-ELEVEN 及全家便利商店之相關物流與門市作業規則辦理。商品到店後,消費者應主動留意下列通知,並於各物流與超商系統規定之取貨期限內完成取件:

  • 物流簡訊通知

  • 電子郵件通知

  • 超商到貨提醒

  • 相關系統訊息或平台通知

如商品已送達指定門市,而消費者未於規定期間內完成取件,致商品遭退回者,本公司得視為該次配送失敗。
因超商逾期未取而遭退回之訂單,本公司僅退還商品實付金額,原訂單運費不予退還;如消費者仍欲取得商品,應重新下單並自行負擔新訂單之配送費用。

如消費者於相當期間內,多次有無正當理由之逾期未取、惡意棄單、異常下單或濫用配送資源之情形,本公司得於審查後限制其使用特定付款或配送方式,情節重大者並得拒絕後續交易。

Standard products will generally be shipped within three to five business days after payment is completed and the product order is formed. Actual shipment timing may nevertheless vary due to order volume, campaign periods, supply conditions, holidays, logistics operations, weather, or other reasonable causes.

The Company currently offers convenience store pickup and other delivery options. The available methods shall be subject to those displayed at checkout.
Convenience store pickup is currently handled in accordance with the relevant logistics and in-store procedures of 7-ELEVEN and FamilyMart. After the parcel arrives at the designated store, consumers should actively pay attention to the following notifications and collect the parcel within the pickup period specified by the logistics and convenience store systems:

  • Logistics SMS notifications

  • Email notifications

  • Convenience store arrival reminders

  • Relevant system or platform notifications

If the product has arrived at the designated store but the consumer fails to collect it within the required period, resulting in the parcel being returned, the Company may treat the delivery as unsuccessful.
For orders returned due to overdue convenience store pickup, the Company will refund only the actual amount paid for the product, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. If the consumer still wishes to receive the product, a new order must be placed and the shipping cost for the new order shall be borne by the consumer.

If a consumer repeatedly, without justified reason, fails to collect parcels on time, abandons orders, places abnormal orders, or abuses delivery resources within a reasonable period, the Company may, after review, restrict that consumer’s use of certain payment or delivery methods, and may refuse future transactions in serious cases.

第七部分:Spinning Glow 商品退換貨、退款與售後處理

Part VII: Spinning Glow Returns, Refunds, and After-Sales Handling

一、七日解除權

依中華民國消費者保護法規定,通訊交易之消費者原則上得於收受商品後七日內解除契約,無須說明理由。前述期間自消費者收受商品之次日起算,並以日曆日計算。

二、個人衛生用品之合理例外

惟依相關法令,已拆封之個人衛生用品屬合理例外情形,原則上不適用前述七日解除權。
就本公司目前商品類型而言,潔膚露、洗髮精及其他已拆封之清潔、保養、護理類商品,如屬個人衛生用品性質者,一經拆封,除商品本身有瑕疵、運送過程受損、內容物異常或與訂單不符外,原則上不接受以七日解除權為由退貨。

三、瑕疵、運損或錯誤出貨

如消費者收到之商品有下列情形之一,請於合理期間內儘速聯繫客服,並提供訂單資訊及清楚照片或影片以利查核:

  • 商品明顯破損、漏液或內容物異常。

  • 商品與訂單品項、規格或數量不符。

  • 商品於正常使用前即存在可歸責於本公司或供應鏈之明顯瑕疵。

經本公司確認屬前述情形者,消費者得選擇換貨、補寄或退款;如需退回商品,相關必要運費由本公司負擔。

四、個人因素之售後協助

如消費者於使用商品後,因個人體質、膚況、氣味偏好、使用感受或其他非可歸責於本公司商品瑕疵之因素,反映有不適應、泛紅、敏感或不喜歡等情形,本公司得基於售後服務與客戶關懷,依個案情形提供合理協助。
前述協助屬售後服務之一環,並非法定解除權之適用結果,亦非消費者當然享有之退貨權利。本公司將綜合商品狀態、使用程度、反映時間、提供資料及實際情況審查處理方式。

如本公司同意個案退款或退貨,原則如下:

  • 僅退還商品實付金額。

  • 原訂單運費不予退還。

  • 因寄回商品所生之運費,除依法應由本公司負擔或雙方另有約定外,原則上由消費者負擔。

五、不受理退貨、退款或換貨之情形

有下列情形之一者,本公司得不受理退貨、退款或換貨申請:

  • 超過法定或本規範所載之申請期間。

  • 商品已明顯使用、內容物大量減少、包裝殘破、配件或贈品缺漏。

  • 屬已拆封之個人衛生用品,且非商品瑕疵。

  • 無法辨識商品來源,或無法合理判斷是否為本公司所售商品。

  • 退貨申請內容顯有不實、濫用權利或其他不當情形。

六、退款時間

凡經本公司審核同意之退款案件,原則上將於核准後三十日內完成退款作業;實際入帳時間仍依原付款方式、金流服務商、發卡銀行或金融機構作業時間而定。

1. Seven-Day Cancellation Right

Under the Consumer Protection Act of Taiwan, consumers in distance sales transactions generally have the right to cancel the contract within seven days after receiving the product without stating any reason. This period begins on the day following receipt of the product and is calculated in calendar days.

2. Statutory Exception for Personal Hygiene Products

However, under applicable law, opened personal hygiene products fall within a statutory exception and are generally not subject to the above seven-day cancellation right.
Based on the Company’s current product categories, cleansing gel, shampoo, and other cleansing, skincare, or care products that are personal hygiene products are generally not eligible for return under the seven-day cancellation right once opened, unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, abnormal in content, or inconsistent with the order.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If the product received falls under any of the following circumstances, the consumer should contact customer service as soon as reasonably possible and provide order information together with clear photos or videos for verification:

  • The product is visibly damaged, leaking, or abnormal in content.

  • The product does not match the ordered item, specification, or quantity.

  • The product contains an obvious defect attributable to the Company or the supply chain before normal use.

Once the Company confirms any of the above circumstances, the consumer may choose a replacement, reshipment, or refund. If return shipment is required, the necessary shipping cost shall be borne by the Company.

4. After-Sales Assistance for Personal Factors

If, after using the product, the consumer reports incompatibility, redness, sensitivity, dissatisfaction, or other concerns arising from personal constitution, skin condition, fragrance preference, user experience, or other factors not attributable to a product defect, the Company may provide reasonable assistance on a case-by-case basis as part of its after-sales service and customer care.
Such assistance forms part of the Company’s after-sales service and does not constitute the exercise of a statutory cancellation right or an automatic return entitlement. The Company will review the product condition, extent of use, timing of the report, supporting materials, and actual circumstances before deciding the appropriate handling method.

If the Company agrees, on an individual basis, to accept a return or issue a refund, the following principles shall apply:

  • Only the actual amount paid for the product will be refunded.

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

  • Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties, the shipping cost for returning the product shall in principle be borne by the consumer.

5. Non-Acceptable Return, Refund, or Exchange Cases

The Company may refuse a return, refund, or exchange request in any of the following situations:

  • The request is made after the applicable legal or stated period.

  • The product has been clearly used, the contents have been substantially depleted, the packaging is damaged, or accessories or gifts are missing.

  • The item is an opened personal hygiene product and is not defective.

  • The source of the product cannot be identified, or it is not reasonably possible to determine that it was sold by the Company.

  • The return request is manifestly false, abusive, or otherwise improper.

6. Refund Processing Time

For any refund case approved by the Company, the refund will in principle be processed within thirty (30) days after approval. The actual crediting time remains subject to the original payment method, payment service provider, card issuer, or financial institution.

第八部分:Spinning Cycle 課程取消、退費與參與規範

Part VIII: Spinning Cycle Class Cancellation, Refund, and Participation Policy

一、適用範圍

本部分目前主要適用於 Spinning Cycle 之單堂課程、單次體驗課程或單次預約型課程。
未來如推出套票、月費會員、年費會員、預付型方案、會籍方案或其他長期計畫,本公司將另行公告專屬條款。

二、取消與退費標準

消費者如欲取消課程或申請退費,原則依下列標準辦理:

  • 開課前三日(不含課程當日)以前取消者:得申請退還課程實付金額;惟因金流服務商收取之交易手續費、金流行政費或其他已發生且不可回復之必要費用,本公司得自退款中合理扣除。

  • 於開課前三日內至開課前二十四小時以前取消者:得退還課程實付金額之百分之五十。

  • 於開課前二十四小時內取消、未到場、遲到過久致無法參與,或因個人因素未能出席者:原則上不予退費、延期或更換名額。

三、免費體驗課程與贈與名額

免費體驗課程、活動贈與課程、特殊會員獲贈課程或其他無償提供之名額,除另有明確公告外,原則上不得折現、轉售、要求退款或轉換為其他金額給付。

四、不可抗力或重大事由

如因天災、地震、颱風、疫情、政府公告、場館安全、設備故障、教練臨時無法到場、重大系統異常或其他不可歸責於消費者之重大事由,致課程取消、延期或無法正常進行者,本公司得視實際情況提供下列之一:

  • 安排改期或改上其他同性質課程。

  • 提供等值課程抵用。

  • 退還尚未履行部分之實付課程費用。

五、退款時間

凡經本公司審核同意之課程退款案件,原則上將於核准後三十日內完成退款作業;實際入帳時間仍依原付款方式、金流服務商、發卡銀行或金融機構作業時間而定。

六、健康聲明與風險同意文件

參與 Spinning Cycle 課程者,於首次上課前或本公司指定之時點,應依本公司要求簽署課前健康聲明、風險告知或其他相關同意文件;未完成者,本公司得拒絕其參與課程。
前述文件將就參與者之身體狀況、自我評估、風險理解、注意事項及責任範圍另行約定;參與者完成簽署後,應就其於文件中所確認之事項自行負責。

1. Scope of Application

This Part currently applies primarily to single-session Spinning Cycle classes, one-time trial classes, or one-time reservation-based classes.
If the Company later launches class packages, monthly memberships, annual memberships, prepaid plans, membership plans, or other long-term programs, dedicated terms will be separately announced.

2. Cancellation and Refund Standards

If the consumer wishes to cancel a class or request a refund, the following rules shall generally apply:

  • If canceled three days or more before the class date (excluding the class date itself): the consumer may apply for a refund of the actual amount paid for the class; however, the Company may reasonably deduct payment processing fees, administrative charges, or other necessary non-recoverable costs already incurred.

  • If canceled within three days before the class date but more than twenty-four hours before the class start time: fifty percent (50%) of the actual amount paid for the class may be refunded.

  • If canceled within twenty-four hours before the class, or in cases of no-show, excessive lateness resulting in inability to participate, or inability to attend for personal reasons: no refund, postponement, or transfer of slot will generally be granted.

3. Free Trial Classes and Complimentary Slots

Unless otherwise expressly announced, free trial classes, complimentary classes granted in campaigns, classes granted to special members, or any other gratuitous class slots are generally not redeemable for cash, resalable, refundable, or convertible into any other monetary payment.

4. Force Majeure or Major Causes

If a class is canceled, postponed, or unable to proceed normally due to natural disaster, earthquake, typhoon, epidemic, government announcement, studio safety issues, equipment failure, sudden instructor unavailability, major system malfunction, or any other significant cause not attributable to the consumer, the Company may, depending on the circumstances, provide one of the following:

  • Reschedule the class or transfer the booking to another class of a similar nature.

  • Provide a credit of equivalent class value.

  • Refund the actual amount paid for the unperformed portion of the class.

5. Refund Processing Time

For any approved class refund case, the refund will in principle be processed within thirty (30) days after approval. The actual crediting time remains subject to the original payment method, payment service provider, card issuer, or financial institution.

6. Health Declaration and Risk Acknowledgment Documents

Participants in Spinning Cycle classes must, before their first class or at the time designated by the Company, sign a pre-class health declaration, risk acknowledgment, or other relevant consent documents as required by the Company. If such documents are not completed, the Company may refuse participation.
Such documents will separately set out the participant’s physical condition, self-assessment, understanding of risks, precautions, and scope of responsibility. Once signed, the participant shall be responsible for the matters confirmed therein.

第九部分:優惠活動、折扣碼與退款差額調整

Part IX: Promotions, Discount Codes, and Refund Difference Adjustments

折扣碼、滿額優惠、組合優惠、贈品活動、會員優惠、預購優惠及其他促銷活動之適用條件、使用期間、適用商品或課程、是否可疊加、是否限量及其他規則,均以該次活動公告、商品頁面、課程頁面、結帳頁面或會員通知所揭示內容為準。

每筆訂單可使用之折扣方式、折扣碼數量及優惠疊加規則,依當次系統設定及活動說明辦理。
如退貨、取消部分商品、取消課程或其他事由致原訂單不再符合優惠門檻、組合條件、滿額條件或贈品資格者,本公司得於退款時扣除已享有但不再符合資格之折扣差額,或要求一併返還贈品;如贈品無法返還且有單獨標示價值者,得按該標示價值自退款中扣抵。

The applicable conditions, usage period, eligible products or classes, stackability, quantity limits, and other rules for discount codes, threshold discounts, bundle discounts, gift promotions, membership benefits, pre-order promotions, and other campaigns shall be governed by the disclosures in the relevant campaign announcement, product page, class page, checkout page, or member notice.

The number of discounts, discount codes, and promotion stacking rules available for each order shall be governed by the system settings and campaign descriptions applicable at the time.
If a return, partial cancellation of products, cancellation of a class, or any other circumstance causes the original order to no longer satisfy the promotion threshold, bundle condition, minimum-spend condition, or gift qualification, the Company may deduct from the refund the difference in discounts previously enjoyed but no longer applicable, or require that the gift also be returned. If the gift cannot be returned and has an individually stated value, such value may be offset against the refund.

第十部分:消費申訴與爭議處理

Part X: Consumer Complaints and Dispute Handling

本規範之解釋與適用,悉依中華民國法律為準。
如因本服務所生之爭議無法以協商方式解決,雙方應依中華民國消費者保護法及其他相關法令,向有管轄權之法院提起訴訟。

If any dispute arising out of the services cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties shall submit the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
